Cancellation / Prepayment

To secure your booking we require card details, some rates require a payment in advance and are non-refundable. We have a 48 hour free cancellation policy on non-refundable rates.

Children & Beds

Subject to availability and room type we provide additional beds and cots for children under 18 and infants. Cots are free of charge and beds are £20 each this includes breakfast for your child.

Cards Accepted

We accept all major credit & debit cards. Unfortunately, we are unable to take payment by Amex.

Pets

All pets must be under the supervision of their owner. £20 per stay covers basic cleaning. In the event of damage to the room this will be charged on a case by case basis.

"I had booked an overnight. Stay for our anniversary and wife's birthday about 8 months ago. I spoke to the manager a couple of days before our stay to see if an upgrade was possible he was able to move us up to a deluxe room which was lovely. In-room facilities of excellent quality with a lovely decanter of sherry (most welcome on a chilly evening). Nothing was too much trouble for the team, dinner and breakfast were of a good standard and not overpriced as a chef of 32 years I'm not easily pleased. Thanks to all of the team for a memorable weekend."

I had a deluxe, to also accommodate a bed for a 5yo and really there was plenty of space, nice period features, and it was quiet even though it looked out to the front road. We met, pre-dinner, in a friend's room which was also a good size. Having space to socialize privately is a big bonus, and you rarely find rooms like this at this price."
